Cold Water Pipes

It's condensation from the cold pipe coming in contact with moist warm air. Any idea what the temperature and humidity levels are?

You can try an oscillating fan, exhaust fan, or dehumidifier until your ac is up and running. Something that will keep the air moving for the time being would help.
