Cold Water Pipe Condensation

All of a sudden, the cold water pipe in the basement has condensation all along the exposed parts. I noticed the floor was wet underneath in one spot so I'm wondering if there's a pinhole leak. How do these develop? Is it something I can fix myself and if so, how?

*** I just found the answer after doing some google reseearch - the new toilet in the basement was running. Amazing what you can find out when you look ***

More than likely it's just humidity. Wipe them dry and insulate. You would see a pinhole leak, and it wouldn't show along all the exposed areas.

Do you want it your way or the right way?
