You double posted, read my answer in your original question. Now you state that you don't have cold water in the kitchen. This leads me to believe that your cold water line from the well enters the house in the area of the kitchen, has a "plug" frozen in the piping somewhere in the exterior wall of the kitchen where there is not enough insulation to keep this pipe from freezing. Do you have a crawlspace? It is common in my area for the piping from the well to enter the home via the crawlspace and this piping not be insulated. But then, we don't get your temps.
