Coil head only way to get around pipe bends?

I've been using coiled heads almost exclusively, because they seem to be the easiest way to get around pipe bends. I've used that heart shaped head that is supposed to cut grease good, but I got hung up on a pipe turn and could never get past it. Others I've tried I also had similar problems. Do you guys have the same experience, or not?
