Clearing Shower Drain

My shower drain is clogged. The opening has a plastic grate from which I cannot fit my auger through. The grate does not seem to be removable from the plastic shower pan. It seems like it's glued in. How do I fix this?

Clearing Shower Drain

Lowes, Home Depot, any hardware store carry these, there cheap and just might work.
Shower drains are almost always just hair.
