Thanks creez1. You might think about finding a plumber with an inspection camera- check the phone book for an ad. It will give you a good idea on whats going on with your drain. After all- you have 4G's left

Thanks Ghostmaker. This has been a huge learning experience. Im going to have someone come out and camera the drain so we know whats down there and then see what the recommendation is. From there I will definitely get 3 quotes. One question for you. Should I expect to pay a service call fee to have someone quote it? I get it that peoples time is worth something but there's also having some skin in the game to get a project.

No charge for a bid. Camera inspection will definitely let you know what needs replaced. There not cheap. I would figure 200 plus for camera. Plumbers do camera inspections
