Default Choices for replaceing toilet flange and assembly question.

I've been searching throughout the internet and books for a week now and not finding this combination of factors and discussion.
I have to pull out the entire section of floor from water damage, including tile and will reinstall same toilet.

The waste pipe is too close to the wall and flange set crooked to wedge toilet in so a corner damaged the wall. I have several ways to handle all this but cannot come to a decision which way to go with two questions layout and how to assemble.

I've found fittings to duplicate most of the interior flow pathway, thinking the most direct shot is optimal. I've tried to draw out the current layout which has aspects I like but am not finding a flange except an offset to hub over the 3" nipple and flush ID down to the elbow.

I am leery of the offset part however it will allow me to bring the toilet a inch or so out from the wall as well as the only one with adjustable ring that seems a great idea.
Apparently my other option is cutoff the waste pipe after the elbow and replace that…however it means the 4" to 3" flange in an inside fit reducing the 3" with coupling (below elbow and horizontal) with another lip and inside impediment collecting gob stuff like toilet paper in the horizontal line.

I think there is even more to these but I'm already struggling (and realized how beaten down I was yesterday afternoon when near to tears in the hardware store trying to figure the fittings out.) Haven't even figured out the flooring aspect needing to match the current tile height, tile laid over plywood and thinking if can put down cement board, but well you get the idea...goes on and on.

What would you do or is there a better way?

DWP is ABS, have good access to under the home and next question; best way to weld it together with flange fitting top of finished floor and no help to assemble. Oh wait, think I figured most of that out except for the last fitting. I'm a wimpy old lady, at some point I'll have to horizontally pull together hubs and or couplings and can't get my hand around 3" pipe. With it horizontal how am I going to get it pressed fully in? What are some suggested ways to?
