chlorinator problem

I have a well water system that was installed when my house was built about 5 years ago.
The system has been working fine until recently. No chlorine is being injected into the holding tank.
So far I have replaced the tube in the Stenner pump and the duckbill valve in the injector. The injector body was clogged and it has been cleaned.
The pump is pumping and the chlorine solution comes out of the injector when it is removed from the pipe but the level does not go down in the solution tank and no chlorine shows up when I test the water.
Obviously there is something I'm missing, but what?

Yes, I finally paid for a service call from the company that installed the system. The spare tube they left me when the system was installed was the wrong size. They left a number 1 and I needed a number 2. Another case of me not knowing any better and paying for their mistake.
