Chiller for cold water PVC pipes in attic


Is this to chill your drinking water before it hits your taps?
They do make inline water chillers for fish tanks, but they need moderate ambient temps and good ventilation. They are not designed for permanent install on residential plumbing.
Another possibility would be a standalone countertop chiller for drinking water.
