Changing a well pump pressure switch

I'm suppose to change out a pressure switch tommorrow and the person that I'm going to do it for said the new pressure switch has more psi rating than his old one. Is there anything I need to readjust on the new pressure switch? I'm thinking I will probably have to adjust the cut in and cut out pressure on it. Thanks for the help..

You will need to adjust the psi in the bladder tank to 2 psi below the cut in on the new switch.
