Ceiling Mounted Shower Head

I am in the midst of remodeling the bathroom. The walls has been exposed to the bare bones. I want to install a ceiling mounted shower head. Before doing so, I need the following questions answered:

- Should I pitch the plumbing so the water does not sit in the pipe when turned off?
- When running the plumbing, should I treat this any different as if I running new plumbing behind the wall?
- Since the water pipe will be mounted between the attic insulation and drywall, should I use an insulator to prevent sweating on the drywall?

If I missed something, please feel free to address it:whistling2:. I am hoping to tackle this ASAP! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. Wont matter.

Nope.

Wont hurt but really not needed.

Its a great shower thing having it from the ceiling. I would also recommend another shower control for a wall mounted shower massage with long hose. Easy add in and wont cost too much more.
