I have a Franke Orca under-the-counter sink installed in a Quartz countertop. The reveal was supposed to be flush, but varies from slightly positive to slightly negative.
The caulk at the rim (under the counter) has begun to loosen. I have some Ace Siliconized Acrylic clear tub/sink caulk that should work, but the instructions say, "Protect from water until cured (72 hours)."
Three days is a long time to go without a kitchen sink. Is there a caulk that will cure faster but still do a good job?
The current caulk has lasted only about a year. Is that normal? What can I do to exend the life?
Thanks,
Ray
