Can bathroom exhauted fans and toilet vent share the same roof plashing?

Dear all,

I just shockingly found out that the bathroom exhausted fans went directly into the attic (buried under the insulation!) but not up to the roof. Nearby is the vent for the toilets (already goes to the roof). I am planning to connect the bathroom exhausted ducts to the toilet vents that way I do not have to punch another hole on the roof. Can I do that and do not violate any code? Please help. I appreciate it, as always!

no. no. no. Sewer gas will come back thru the fart fan, not pleasant or safe

Thank you very much!
You call it a fart fan???

Totally against Code, and extremely dangerous. I have always preferred an exhaust fan to exit out the side of a building, rather than the roof. The moisture has to fight to get out of the roof level. I always run solid ducts (no flex ducts) and pitch them downwards towards the outside of the building. Been calling them Fart Fans for years.
