Just from looking at the first few second of that video I knew that was an inexperienced operator (plumber) I would not go with any of their recommendationsí especially if it was roto rooter read up on line with the forced sales tactics they are using misleading customers and ripping people off left and right. If the line clogs again call another company many reasons for stoppages other than a bad line, stay away from roto rooter. At the end of that line was either a trap or the lateral drop which if holding water indicates a problem and anyway at the top would be the second clean out which should be located exposed if concealed, and camera-ed through it. Seen no signs that he sent transmitter signals to locate the line. get another opinion.

Experience is Knowing what to do next, Skill is knowing how to do it
