California plumbing code on grease trap?

Hi all,

I am trying to find the latest california plumbing code especially the appendix H to properly sized a grease trap. If anyone have access can you post it here?

This is what I found on the web but not sure if it's the latest?

(# meals/peak.hr)*(flowrate)*(retentionrate)*(storagefactor )=grease trap size.
Where as # meals/peak.hr = # seat * meal factor
a. fast food = 1.33
b. restaurant = 1.0

Flowrate =
a. with dishwasher = 6
b. with out dishwasher = 5
c. single service = 2

Retention time =
a. Commercial kitchen w/ dishwasher = 2.5
b. Single service kitchen = 1.5

Storage factor =
a. 8 hrs = 1.0
b. 12 hrs = 1.5
c. 16 hrs = 2
d. single service = 1.5

California plumbing code on grease trap?

For a quick response contact a manufacture of a grease interceptor, they are generally in current compliance with all model codes.
These Grease Interceptors I have seen work wonderfuly.
