California Code question

Anybody know what the code is in california for the distance between a house and a propane tank can be?

I need to build a small building to house a couple of 5 gal tanks for a cooktop we are getting soon, but I don't know what the rule in CA is.

California Code question

From what I could find, California follows the national rules:

FHA requires, "a safe distance," but doesn't quantify that in terms of feet.
