Calcified faucet spout and handles

I have a fiberglass tub/shower I am wanting to replace, but the faucet spout and handles are calcified. this is in a modular home, how best to approach this without distroying too much

do you want to clean them or replace them? i'd use CLR to remove calcium buildup. limeaway might do it too. the calcium won't hold up to a wrench if you decide to remove them.
