bubbling in my toilet...!!!!???


Hello all....i really have an annoying thing going on...i have a 3br 1.5 bath rancher...and when i use the full bath..which we use most of the time..there is bubbling noise coming from my other half bath from the toilet and sinkwhen we use the big bathroom...there appears to be s traps on the sink(s)....i went on the roof and flushed out the gas exhaust pipe...at least it did not fill up with water...so i guess it is not clogged....dont know what else to do.....please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Still sounds like a vent problem. The water may have just pushed the clog down farther. Take a snake and feed it down the vent stack. See if you can feel anything else.

Could be that your sewer line is partially clogged.
When ours was clogged once, there was not only bubbling from the basement bathroom, water actually came up through the drain in the bathtub and toilet. Your problem is probably less severe at this point, but you should call a plumber before it does get serious.

It sounds like the toilet that is bubbling is not vented correctly, when you use the other bathe the water and solids pass by the problem toilet, since it may not be vented the solids and water try to syphon the p-trap of the toilet, causing a gurggiling.
