While demolishing my bathroom for a remodel due to previous shower leak (shoddy work from previous owner), I removed my loose toilet to find the flange stuck to the bottom of the toilet with what was left of the wax ring. I have never done this type of work and am at a loss. I have 4 grandchildren living with me and really need that bathroom. The flange I believe was cast iron. The pipe you see in the pics are at an angle and a bit jagged. The flanges jagged edges sit just above the slab. There is also an open area of concrete to the left side of the pipe leading to the sewer pipe. Help....please! I have no idea how much that would cost to fix but if it were over $250 I am in trouble. I would appreciate any constructive advise. Thanks!
