Briggs Toilet Review

Just bought a modular house and it came with a Briggs Toilet 1.6 gpf elongated. This toilet can not evacuate the bowl. Also when you flush it the water whirlpools a couple revolutions up to the bottom of the rim so you get a good view and smell of all the waste. Even with a courtesy flush only 95% of the waste will go down. It takes 2 or 3 flushes easily. So much for the 1.6 gpf. After 1 month of use I threw it in the trash and broke it so nobody else would waste there time with it. I installed a Toto Drake elongated with the sana glaze and soft close seat. The bowl empties with 1 flush easily. I know the Modular company is trying to hold cost down." Waste " of time , money, and water!
