Bradford White or Kenmore HWH?

I am replacing my 20 year-old Montgomery Ward electric HWH. I have it narrowed down between a Bradford White 50-gallon model, 6-year warranty, $595 professionally installed (I know, boo-hiss) or a $449 Kenmore 55-gallon model w/ 12-year warranty, installed by myself. From what I can tell, Kenmore HWH's are made by A.O. Smith. I'm leaning towards the Kenmore. Any opinions?
