Booster Pump is cycling please help

Here are a couple of photos of my set up.
The Pressure Limit switch is basically not doing anything since it is set to 50 psi.
This is how the system works currently. When I open a bathroom sink faucet, the pressure slowly goes down from around 68 to 30psi. When the pressure reaches around 38psi the booster pump kicks in a repressurizes everything back to 68 psi.
However every 10 minutes the pump kicks in and works for about 2 minutes. The wierd thing is that the pressure does not go up or down. It just stays at the high 68 psi.
What is causing this issue? The pump should only kick on when the pressure is low.

Instead it kicks on every 10 minutes.
The tank manufacture told me that the pressure is default 25psi and I should raise it to 36 psi or 2psi lower than intake.

To give you a complete picture. This is a well based water source. At the well there is a 40-60psi switch and a 40 gallon bladder tank. It goes into the house and there is a whole house water filter. right above the water filter is the pump system you see photographed.
in case the photo does not appear here is the direct link:

Does that pump have an integral check valve? I would assume so, but you know what happens when you assume.

The manufacturer is correct about the bladder tank, although I doubt that it is causing the problem you describe.

Have you looked around for a leak? Toilet tank maybe?

Booster Pump is cycling please help

Do you get coverage you can count on? From the bag of fertilizer? From your lawn sprinklers?
