Bidet faucet leaks at the "chimney"

people,

My bidet faucet, when turned on, spurts water out the top of the chimney tower looking thingy in the back. I think they call it a vacuum breaker.

Its 14 yrs old, and American Standard told me they no longer deal in the Hampton series faucets, and gave me another # which , after calling, do not carry it either.

I have attached a scan showing my faucet. You see the vacuum braeker? They told me I probably need a repair kit. In yours opinions, would HD have a generic one?

Thanks!
