Best way to cut cinch clamp on Pex?

I am trying to remove Stainless Steel Cinch Clamps on a few fittings on PEX. I have tried side cutters but they can't do it. I can cut them off with a dremel but I can't get it into all of the places I need to. Any other ways to get them off.

Yes, they make a tool to cut them off. I have one that is made by Zurn. It looks like a scaled down version of the crimping tool. One jaw goes into the throat of the fitting, the other jaw has a cutter on it that splits the ring.

The PEX tubing itself must be cut close to the fitting first.
