Best Method for Custom Bathroom

Hope I ask this question right.
I'm framing a bathroom in my metal building with metal studs. I want to make the complete interior surface one materal/surface where any surface that gets wet can drip to the floor and go down the shower drain.(picture a camper bathroom)
There will be a toilet and sink. The dimension is 6' x 9' @ 8' tall.
I thought about the vinyl stall enclosures, but none of them are that size. I thought somewhere there was a Company that made interlocking panels without calk so you could customize the width and length to make everything fit right. Is there such a product?

I know that I would have to slope the floor to the drain and then tile the floor to go around the toilet and sink.

Would it be better just to sheet rock the sides and tile the sides and floor? If I sheetrock do I need to put a backer between the metal studs and sheetrock?

Why not just tile to the ceiling?

I could tile to the ceiling, but I wanted to know what was the easiest method. If I had panels that would go that high, then I wouldn't have to tile. BTW, I don't like to tile, only have done a small section before. I would rather do panel system.
If the cost of the Panel system with tile floor is WAY too much compared to just tiling the whole thing, then I better practice tiling.
Plus all that tile would way a lot and I have to haul it for 2 hours from the closest store. Along with the cement board weight.

I would think that with the panels I wouldn't have to use cement board would I?

The only company that I'm aware of that may be able to help you is called Bathfitters. They do custom enclosures for tub surrounds, not sure about ceilings though.

Simple google search--"waterproof bathroom wall systems"

BTW- you mentioned tiling around the toilet- not a good idea. Tile under it.
