Bathtub small Crack

I put too much pressure on one foot of the heavy duty mop holder and pushed a 25 cents quarter sized circled crack on the bathtub bottom. Right now, the little circle is still somehow attached to the surface.

What can I use to fix the crack? This bathtub is 3-5 years old and I believe it is of the modern material.

thank you all.

Bathtub small Crack

Well, I found online that there are tub repair kits available. I hope that it is the way to go...

I've not seen the DIY kits...another route you could take:

Call the customer service number for the tub and ask them for names of people in your area that are certified to repair fiberglass units. They "SHOULD" have a list at hand...you're not the first to have damaged dub.

Can it be made to look like new....YES. I dinged our bubble tub into the fiberglass (dropped one of the star shaped roman fill handles....ding, ding, ding) I did as I suggest, the supplier gave me some names and he made it look as good if not better than new. I swear to god I cannot tell where he worked unless I stare at the location for minutes....amazing. All for....get this $50!

If this supplier cannot give you a name...start calling the plumbing suppliers in your area.
