Bathtub leak

My bathtub leaks through to a downstairs room-very slow leak and only when the tub is draining.

Bathtub leak

Can you open up the back of the drain area of the tub through the wall from that end?
You are going to have to open up the leak area of the ceiling below in order to locate and repair the leak.
