"moen chateau" got it thanks for this. I will contact Moen to see what my hardware upgrade options are.
I will def get that took to break the cartridge loose 1st.
and yes I did remove the horseshoe clip, that came out fairly easy.
Does new hardware usually come with new cartridge?
Will the cartridge removal tool be at a local home depot? or do i need to go to a plumber store?
