bathtub


All the plumbing in the house drains except for the bathtub. i replaced all the old line that went to the maneline from the tub but it still will not drain.. any ideal

Pull the linkage out and make sure the plug is still attached if that is the style you have.
It may have fallen off and partially blocked the outlet.

Clean the trap

The problem is most likely the waste arm. Remove everything including the P Trap.

Replace all of it.

Check the vent pipe. Ensure its clear

Drain Hot water only for one hour

If everything is draining but the tub then the problem is with the tub

Replace as much as you can
