Bathroom repairs

I have a bathtub with the supply on the exterior rock wall. The condensate line for the AC runs under the tub to the AC unit located outside the Bathroom. In the past, I have had to unclog the condensate tube in the summer. Now the line is clear and there is water on the floor when they use the tub, and still a little when they don't. I removed the baseboard near the tub and it was wet.

I need to replace the Porc on Steel tub with a similar one, and repair the plumbing in the wall. I would like to remove only the supply side of the tiled shower; am I dreaming? I also tiled the bathroom floor, so there is a 3/8" edge at the tub.

Advise, please.

Time to wake up. :) It will take more the one side of removal to get that tub out, is there a reason to replace the tub, can you not just find and fix this leak?

The tub is shot; our water is very hard. I was hoping to only tile the one wall, since all of the tile is fine, but I guess not.
