bathroom remodel

ok, can i do this. Can I put the main stack in front of toilet, sink and shower?? Or does it have to be behind all things?

The size of the pipe dictates how far the fixture trap can be away from the vent pipe, such as the toilet (with built-in trap) and the main drain/waste/vent stack.
Check with your Building Inspection Department for local code. If the main stack distance is OK (say within 5') for the toilet, you probably can do what you need to do.
I'm not a pro plumber, just a long-time DIYer, so maybe one will answer you here too with more information.
Good Luck!

@The op , Check your local plumbing code for the exact measurement like Swear is saying. Depending on were you live will depend on the code.
