i'm building a pool house with a small bathroom in it. this will be below my septic system so i cant plumb it into the system on my house without a pump. i'd like to make a small septic system for this br, how would you suggest i do this? can i use 4" pvc or black corrugated either with holes in it? a tank that contains the solids?
are you on a private system (field and such) or public sewer?
If a private system, if you do anything other than run the sewage to a tank and pump it up to your current system, you will likely have to have a permit from the building department or health department (whoever approves a system in your area).
If public sewer, simply run it into a tank and use a pump to pump it into the existing lateral. You still might have to have approval and/or permit to do that.
