Bathroom Install order

I am finishing a basement and will be adding a bathroom. It is plumbed for a bathroom so I need to know in what order things need to be done before contacting my plumber? Do I purchase my shower/toilet/sink or do I wait until the plumber runs water lines?

Purchase your fixtures so the Plumber has all the rough-in measurements.

If you have never made a mistake, you haven't done much.
