Bathroom Faucet

Hi - hope you can help me.

I had a leak from the bathroom faucet so I changed the O rings on the hot side. Then a piece of plastic fell off the stem so I replaced that. This a Delta two handle wide spread faucet. The issue is that the faucet does not control the water flow now that I've turned on the valve. There is no on/off from the handle. I have turned the water off at valve.

Can someone suggest a remedy?

Hi and welcome.

Did you make sure the cartridge went back in the right way after you replaced the o-ring?
Pull it again, turn it 180 and replace it. Test again.

Just tried that and nothing changed. I'm not able to regulate the water flow with the handle.
