Bathroom ceiling

Every time we shower, the bathroom ceiling (right of the shower head) immediately becomes damp from the corner for about 12". There is no dripping and the fan is always on to remove moisture. We have checked the pipes that come from below the flooring to the bath taps and head - no leaks can be located. Would anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem could be as the stucco is now falling off the ceiling. Thank you very much in advance for any assistance. Sandy

I bet it has *something* to do with the pipe or fittings etc
that the water in the pipe, that goes to the shower head, flows through.
