basement pumpup problem

Renovating empty basement- addind media room, kids room, laundry and bath combo---no.shower, just toilet and sink are gonna run off saniflo. QUESTION - for venting the saniflo, can I just punch outside the concrete block or will I have to tie into my house vent(3" copper- looks like a mini nightmare to get at) anyone just vented outside? Is this acceptable?
