3rd picture down need to reroute pipe & fix floor joist. They cut too much out.

Yes there is more, but I'll leave that to somebody that wants to write a book.

Fire is an option if you have enough HO's insurance.

I can see this is going to be very long thread.

There is no venting. Your going to also have to open up walls above... Plan on removing it all.

Honestly that's no issue for me... hypothetically speaking that is.
But that 2" pipe that goes up is tied into the vent, does that matter?
I sorta thought I would have to re do a lot anyways....

That is the least of your worries I'm talking about your bathroom above. What you need to do now is locate where the sewer exits the house. Lay out how you want it done on all floors then post it. With measurements.

Got it... the sewer exits right at that exterior wall, 12" down and straight in the same line as the main stack.

I wanted to do a 7' deep x 12' wide bath on the right of that stack and
washer/sink to the left. I have rough drawings of how I want it but nothing fine yet. Also do you know of a nice app I can use other than ms paint?

Ok, I have a good idea of what exactly I want and where, just not exact measurements. I'm going to have a friend help me draw something up and I'll post that then.
