basement drainage


have problem with water coming into my basement, house is 1972 house is on corner and in slope from all the sourounding houses , water keeps coming in, help

First step, stop water from accumulating around the foundation.

The good conscientious technician or serviceperson will carry extra oils and lubricants in case the new pump did not come with oil or the oil was accidentally spilled, so the service call can be completed without an extra visit.

LOL. What a Moran!

As other stated- first step is to keep water away from your foundations- make sure the ground slopes down away from your house. If that doesn't help, things get a little pricey. Also, does this only happen when it rains or all the time?
