basement drain leaking

Hi guys just wanted to update what I did with this pipe.

I went to home depot and spent 1/2 hour looking at all the fittings to see what I could try to rig up before trying to open the floor.

I found this flange fitting that I could pass the pipe through and it had the little flange that I could glue to the reducer if I could cut the reduecer flat and open up the reducer hole

I didn't take pics of opening up but this is what I came up with. Its been 2 weeks and so far so good...you can see how the floor has dried up.

thanks for the help

Good job on it. At least you did not have to bust up the slab in that area.

Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?
