Basement bath rough in question

I recently bought a 2003 built house where the builder stubbed out a full bath in the basement. I am in the process of finishing the basement but ran into a snag. My question is, the shower/tub drain is too close to the toilet if I center the shower drain directly over the drain pre-stubbed out. what kind of wiggle room do I have around that drain if the section of concrete notched out is 4.5 in from center of drain (9"x9" area)?

A picture of the area might really help to visualize it or even a sketch, but a pic would be better.

ok, I found that the opening in the floor is for wiggle room, now off to find a shower that will work in the limited space I have.
