backup sump pump

Hi all. I am finishing my basement so I would like to get a secondary sump pump. Would prefer a water pressure pump, since if we lose power it tends to be a while and I don't want to worry about batteries going bad.

Anyone have any recommendations for a good water powered back up pump?

Don't They are a potential cross connection between the sump water and your drinking water... Get an extension cord and a gas generator.

Spend your time and money on preventing the water from getting in there in the first place.
Gutters with below ground down spouts.
No mulch piled up againt the foundation, no flower beds forming pond. Grade running away from the foundation.
French drain on the outside of the foundation.
