Backdrafting chimney

Have a brick chimney that back drafts when it is windy. An oil burner is on it. I am going to line the chimney with a stainless steel liner and thought I would put something on at the top that help prevent that back drafting. What type works the best? Or is it dependent on the chimney, location, etc.?

So which one, Joe? I'm meeting with a contractor today and want to know what I'm talking about.

which one to use is more about appearance than function.
