back water valve
I just had new plumbing put in the basement for a second bathroom. A backwater valve was added. A riser was put on the valve when the new concrete was poured. I'm assuming I can cut that down to the top of the concrete but how do I finish over top of it. I want to put down a heating mat, ditra and then ceramic tiles. Thanks!
