Back to back toilets connection

I have back to back toilets connected to one main stack which I have been told is the vent stack. If I flush the guest toilet the water in the master bedroom toilet will move and the level drops a little. After each flush in the guest bathroom the master bathroom level goes to about 4 inches in the bowl by the end of the day. Thanks.

Yep -- happens sometimes. Are you asking a question or just making an observation
