Auto Sinks

with kids running around the house, and..being kids, they sometimes dont turn off the taps all the way. im thinking of putting one of those infra red auto sinks in the common bathroom. the kind you wave your hands under and when you remove them it shuts off.

does anyone here have any experience with them? ron?

thanks!

Lighting can be a problem with the motion activated faucets, but they are an excellent idea for kids bathrooms. Just make sure you have good lighting so it can 'see' a good contrast to know there are hands in front of it.

Sure they work good, like Triple A said lighting will play a part in this.

lighting would definitly not be an issue. i have 8 vanity bulbs in that bathroom alone, so its very bright.

any suggestions on the unit?

There are several brands out there, you just have to look into them, and choose one that you like.
