Default aquastat

My burner keeps turning off and I think its my aquastat but I'm not sure if I am testing it right. If I press the reset button on my pump it runs but my circulator pump get no electric to it.I have power coming into the line side of the aquastat and my thermostat is working.I bleed the system but that wasnt it.I have 2 zones and the other zone is on a different circulator and connected to its own relay switch and that one has no problem once I press the reset button. If it is the aquastat why would my burner not come on if its not getting a signal to the circulator
