Any plumbers from Long Island, NY??

hey guys, about to plumb my bathroom from scratch and need to verify certain things. I read over the New York State plumbing code book but it gets a tad confusing at time.

I would like to know if I can use all the vent piping 2 inchs coming from the fixtures and then I believe 3 inchs coming out of roof?

I also need to know what the max distance is between the vent connection and drain connection for one fixture,.

I would appreciate any help/tips. Town will be checking out the work , I applied for a permit.
