Antique valves

About 40 years ago I was renovating an old office building which at one time in the early 1900s was a town hospital. I came across a couple of medical, foot operated valves with the "Standard" logo etched in the chrome. They appear to be chrome plated brass and are in excellent condition. Does anyone know the vintage of these valves? I've uploaded a couple of photos (I think).
