Aluminum Pipe bending

I have a 7' length of aluminum pipe (approx 3/32" thick and 1 1/4 OD) that I would like to bend into a circle. How could I go about doing this with out professional fees- any suggestions?

Aluminum Pipe bending

You are saying "aluminum pipe", I'm betting that it's rigid aluminum conduit for electrical use. Hopefully you are not thinking about using it for any liquids under pressure, it's not designed for that. In a circle, I doubt it anyway. Rigid aluminum conduit can be bent in a circle IF you have the proper tool. The only tool would be a hydraulic conduit bender IMO. By marking the pipe at regular intervals, to be determined by trial and error without experience, you can bend it into what closely resembles a circle. It would really be a circle with many sides to it, a "multi-gon". I have done this with aluminum conduit of smaller sizes, maybe up to 1", but certainly not 1- 1/4" diameter. That gets tough. I recently did a 21" circle of 1/2" EMT and drew the circle on the shop floor to guide me as I made the bends. I marked this one at 1- 3/8" intervals for bending and used a manual conduit bender.
