airlock in gravity feed system

Hi There
would really apprciate your help! I have a bach with no electricity. The water comes from two tanks (one for cold and one to go to the wetback for hot), and no water is coming from my 'hot' tank. The tank is full. I think it is an airlock. The tanks are positioned about 30 metres above the house. Any idea about how to fix it please?
Thanks
Kay
